>Ok… I May Require A Straight-Jacket At Somepoint
>Today we spent the morning/afternoon peeling the wallpaper of the walls at my grandparents old house, so very entertaining. It honestly wasn’t as bad as I was expecting, it was slightly nice to get some aggression out on those poor old OLD walls.
When we got home, I repotted the self-polinating tomato plants, in the hopes that maybe we can continue to grow them as houseplants as originally intended.
I’ve also developed ANOTHER new hobby, Bonsai.
I bought a book at Chapters on bonsais, amoung about 80 dollars in other books lol. In it, it gives different types of meanings and such, as well as having full-colour spreads on recommended types of trainable plants. I dug up 3 maple saplings from my grandparents’ the other day, which seem to be the perfect start to delve into this pasttime. SO I may be driving everyone around me up the wall with the ramblings about plants.
To tell you all the truth, I’ve kinda always been like this. When I was a kid I loved jumping into a new garden to play in the soil and mud, and then to plant bulbs for the spring or whatnot. Being a slightly stereotypical gay man, I do have specific things that I am/would/will be looking for in an apartment or house, and there’s not a lot of groundspace in that vision. So houseplants is the best that I can do.
